Regarding Admission Terms & Conditions, candidates must ensure that all information provided in the application form is accurate and supported by valid documents, as any discrepancy may lead to cancellation of admission. Admission is considered provisional until all certificates are verified and eligibility is confirmed by the university. Applicants are required to pay the prescribed fees within the given timeline to secure their seat, and fees once paid are subject to the university’s refund policy. The university reserves the right to modify admission rules, eligibility criteria, or course structure as per regulatory guidelines. Cancellation & Refund Policy

NIILM University follows a structured Cancellation & Refund Policy in line with university and regulatory guidelines. Students who wish to cancel their admission must submit a formal written request to the university within the prescribed time period. Refunds are processed based on the timing of the cancellation; a certain amount may be deducted as administrative or processing charges. If the cancellation is requested before the commencement of the academic session, a higher percentage of the fee is generally refundable. However, once the session has started or after a specified cutoff date, refunds may be limited or not applicable. All refunds are subject to verification of documents and approval by the university authorities, and the amount is typically processed through official channels within a reasonable timeframe.
